TRT Panel and advice please

Hello,

I just received by TRT panel results and hoping for some advice as to my estrogen, fh etc...levels
I use compounded TRT scrotal cream from Male Excel and I feel great but the VA is griping about my Hemocrit and Hemoglobin levels. I'm using Kisspeptin peptide and pt141. I still having problems with delayed orgasm (retrograde) Here's the results.

Your FSH and LH are going to be low because you’re on trt.

If you don’t want them to freak out about test levels, don’t get tested after applying cream.

Estrogen is high because everything else is high, so the ratio is probably alright.

You didn’t list your hematocrit level so can’t weigh in there, but slightly elevated generally wouldn’t be an issue if all of most other health metrics are good.

For delayed orgasm I’d suggest reading up on HCG and some of the success stories of it.

The VA isn’t a good fit for TRT. A comparison would be the NHS in the UK which is equally as bad.

Any government funded healthcare is going to be bottom of the barrel.

Total Estrogens is practically useless because it tests three different types of estrogen, the only estrogen you should be concerned with is E2 which is the most potent form of estrogen in the body.

No one bothers testing E1 and E3.

As far as the hemoglobin and hematocrit, one day last week, I woke up and had diarrhea and I had a CBC done and my hematocrit was 53%, then retested four hours later it was 50% because I rehydrated from the loss of water from the diarrhea spell.

If you don’t want your doctors freaking out at your levels, test midday between your dosing.
