I got distracted while watching Pitch Perfect 2 with my daughters and came across this video on Youtube.
I have to admit that I got a little lost in the weeds because Huberman keeps interrupting Attia after he asks his very first question. However, at 15:42 it gets to where I am now: "Lower doses more frequently". I have gone to an EoD protocol, same weekly dose as once weekly and e3.5d, (120/wk) but switched it up to .18 ml (200mg / 5ml) EoD. Much better results even though Attia recommends e3.5d. Have a look and see what you can get out of it.
