When does one start noticing improved erectile function when starting TRT? Would they notice improvement the first week or does it take a few weeks or a month?

You may still have to improve upon your protocol and find the range at which you respond best.

Let's say for a moment your protocol is perfect for you and will land you in a range that's optimal for you, changes in erections/ejaculations may require up to 6 months.

Erectile function, much like libido, is multi-faceted. Appropriate levels of testosterone are necessary - but not always sufficient - to provide the degree of success you seek. Thes six months that Systemlord quoted is a reasonable estimate. But like everything in this process, each of us is different

Erectile function is not a guarantee of TRT. I was told this when I started on Test and, at least in my case, it is correct. I do have the desire that TRT gives and this makes the pde5s work phenomenally. I did get some improvement, but why not go all in? Low dose Cialis dose wonders combined with TRT and the effects on vascularity and workouts is a huge upside. Keep in mind you need desire for the pde5s to work so the combination of the two is magnified.

and what would you say those optimum levels would be? I just went back on anastrozle and feel much better!

For me in the low mid 30s. However I cannot stay up there because I get gyno. Also my libido was so insane that it wasn’t really good. My estradiol now sits mid-high 20s and libido is great and erection quality amazing. Estradiol is directly involved in nitric oxide production in endothelial cells

I was away for five months...thanks @madman. I just searched old threads. I don't want to think what's driving this...
