Tremor

I started testosterone therapy recently. Just received my 5th injection, am getting it every 3 weeks. I have always had a little bit of an essential tremor. I only notice it with muscle exhaustion. Oddly about 1.5 weeks AFTER my 4th injection I began noticing the tremor....a lot. Almost immediately after the 5th injection it disappeared.

In retrospect (now that the tremor is gone) I would almost describe it like an addict shakes before they get their fix. What's going on here? Can I expect this to continue? Should I stop the injections?

I would not worry, your tremor is more than likely unrelated to taking testosterone. you mentioned noticing this when experiencing muscle fatigue which might be the more likely source of your symptoms. Many guys start working out more or harder when they start testosterone, so your muscles may be more fatigued (and dehydrated). You are not on a good protocol though, I cannot think of any testosterone ester that can be injected every three weeks yet keep blood levels within a good range. If you are taking Cypionate or Enanthate try talking to your doctor weekly injections

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
