Travelling while on TRT to Australia - any advice?

I will have a doctor's prescription with me and would like to know whether I should take my gel, or test. cypionate and syringes. I really can't afford to have my gear confiscated and not be able to dose for 2 weeks while on holiday there.

I have traveled all over the carribean and mexico, multiple African countries and most recently Dubai. I have never been questioned. I pack my Test Cyp and syringes together along with Dr script, all in my carry on. No problems. Once I had an ice pack due to HCG, and that is all they wanted to see. I make sure it is easy to get to in carry on in case they want to pull it.

I haven't been OCONUS with my stuff but TSA never looks twice at me. Best advice I'd give you is take your properky marked vial and only enough syringes for the duration. i'd leave HCG at home and not have the keeping it cool worries. I have heard though that travel OCONUS can be helpful to have a Dr's note with you, too.

I have heard Australia is one of the only countries that is hard to travel to with TRT. I don’t know why.

One idea is to call the Australian consulate and have them write you a letter. Or go in in person if possible.

I’ve done this for non-medical, visa related issues in a different country. Saved a lot of stress on arrival.

Please let us know how it goes!
