Hello I took tongkat ali 10% eurycomanone from nootropics depot 50mg daily for 2 days. Before it ( a few days before) I tested Quest Diagnostics Equilibrium Dialysis free t at 144 pg/mL out of reference range 35.0-155.0 pg/mL. Then been feeling fatigue and some irritability and after not taking any more tongkat ali anymore besides those two days I retested 2-3 weeks later and free t came at 100 pg/mL out of reference range 35.0-155.0 pg/mL. Massive reduction in Free T! Is this permanent? Will I get my high free t back ever or did I screw myself? Help!! And if anyone knows any way to naturally fix this or boost this please let me know im worried.

None of this is permanent. I've tried almost every supposed T supplement available and I'm convinced that very few change your T levels. That being said some of them, depending on your physiology, can help improve subjective "feeling" or libido. Which is probably the point. Raising testosterone alone doesn't always correlate to feeling better or increased libido. Make sure you do some research on potential risks of some of these supplements.

"T related supplements" I've had success with: rhodiola, Mucuna, creatine.

I tried tongkat but it has weird side effects. Some times it helps, but potent forms make me heat up.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
