Timing of Test, HCG, AI

one way step

Do any of you have a specific routine for when you exactly take your test, hcg, and ai.

For example, do you take HCG the day before your test shot, and take AI on the same day as your test?

I've been taking 500iu hcg and .25mg anastrozole the day before my test shot. This was working okay for a while but I had no morning wood. I wonder if I take the anastrozole on the same day as my test if it will change that.

I take 200mg test every Tuesday. The day before, I take 500iu HCG and .25mg adex. If I take HCG on two days, or AI on two days, I crash.

The main problem with this routine was that it was not giving me morning wood. All other aspects (erection quality, energy, hunger) were very good, although my libido could use some minor improvement.

This week I took 240mg test to see if more test would do the trick, but that has left me without much of an appetite and with a very weak sex drive/poor erections.

You may feel better taking 100 mg of Test every 3.5 days instead of 200 all at once. For example, Monday morning and Thursday evening. Less conversion to E2 and more even Test levels over the course of the week.

I used to split my test shots biweekly and for whatever reason I don't react to them well. I have much less energy, sex drive is gone, and no hunger. 200mg in one shot gives me all of that. Don't know why.

But I don't get the morning wood with my current protocol. Also libido is a little off. Erections are pretty good, though.
MON: 500iu hcg, .25mg adex
TUES: 200mg test

This week I took 240mg test to see if that would help but that killed my sex drive and my appetite.

Do you think if I moved the AI to the same day as the shot, I would get better results?

Or do you think I should move the HCG to a few days AFTER the test and AI? Example;
Tuesday: 200mg test, .25mg adex
Friday: 500iu HCG

Time for blood work and make sure to get Estrogen (Sensitive assay) and Prolactin tested.

Post here in this thread complete with ranges and we will help.

Without labs it's really just guessing.

Hey man sorry I'm actually not sure. I don't have the paperwork anymore.

I had more bloodwork done on Tuesday morning, hoping to have the results next week.
