Timing for testing estradiol

I have orders from my dr to get my estradiol tested. I am taking a 1 mg pill a day, and sub q shots every 3 days. When in this period is best to test? I searched but could not one up with the answer thanks!

E2 can be tested at any time, it doesn't change much in volume like other hormones like Testosterone.

Make sure you get the "Sensitive" lab...very important your Doc orders that lab.

Yes, paid the 20 extra and got the sensitive. I am anxious to see the result, I will get done in the morning. Even on the one pill a day, my nipples and some bloat and terrible acne while not near as bad, is still present. I am having my primary change my pain meds to something that will not effect the arimidex. I have a hunch that if I get my e levels down, I will no longer need the pain meds. Thanks!
