The Wings Thread

I am a huge fan of polishing-off a couple of pounds of wings after a workout. @BigTex mentioned that there's a great little wing place around the corner from where he lives.

Think about the nutritional information:
Animal protein
Dusted or breaded - complex carbs
sauced - simple carbs from sugars
hot or spiced - capsicum to increase metabolism.
extra fats (not the best kind of fat)

So, here's the ask: let me know how you like 'em! i.e. natural, breaded, sauced, dry rub, hot, suicide, sweet, you name it. There's no wrong answer or way to prepare them. They are nutritious and delicious and make a great recovery meal, IMHO.

Have at it.

NEXT WEEK: I'll discuss the nutritional benefits of hiking with lemon meringue pie.

Starting off, my go to:
Natural (no breading)
dry rub (sweet and salty mesquite with chili peppers)
2 lbs.
Lemonade chaser

If I'm at Hooters:
Natural
medium sauce (there's something special about the "butter style product" they use)
Iced tea chaser

When me and my wife were in McAllen Texas last year. We went to a birthday party at a pizza buffet place and I had naked wings. I couldn't believe how delicious they were.
