Googling the internet for some relief from DOMs this morning this post came up.

I have been using curcumin as a spice on my morning egg whites for general inflammation but not the quanity recommended in this video.

Suffering from all symptoms of DOMs this last night and this morning I am currently drinking a curcumin 3g and ginger tea with honey.
I will report back if I experience any positive results. Thank you for the video.

I wonder if there are other home remedies or health treatments for DOM's ?
