The only advantage of Test U is for men who are needle phobic and would rather a nurse do the injection. IIRC Test U is approved in the US, but under patent and for that reason not cost competitive. If anyone knows differently, please say so.
less injections is the only advantage. they "recommended injecting 1000 mg every 12 weeks" but thats far from ideal. youll be low in the latter stages of that and will not feel as good. so recommend to inject 250mg every 2 weeks.
There is one study showing that testosterone undecanoate + tamoxifen can improve fertility: http://www.fertstert.org/article/S0015-0282(03)01123-3/abstract
So maybe for people concerned with fertility it might be an option. I have read this article a while ago and was always puzzled about it. Pretty sure if you take testosterone cypionate with tamoxifen your fertility will definitely not get any better.
