Testicular ache and lowered semen on HCG

I tried HCG for a week (3x @ about 275iu) and after each shot I noticed more aching and less and less semen loads. Maybe made my testicles shrink (I never felt they shrank before this). This is atypical to everything that I have heard and read. I have been on TRT for over 3 months (started out EOW and then 1cc weekly).

I stopped the HCG due to the odd reaction, which was totally unexpected and to be safe. Does this make sense and what could possibly be causing this? Sounds like it actually blocked whatever LH or FSH I did had.

Since starting TRT (HCG and Testosterone) my left testicle aches at times... I've also noticed my loads seem to be less, however, it looks like there is more sperm. I don't know how to explain it. Its like if it's more concentrated. Been on TRT since February 2014.

In all of research into HCG I've never heard of this happening; in fact, your results should have been totally the opposite.

Sure it's not in your head?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
