Test ok but free T is low

Yes still low. Always has been even on trt.. so how much dhea do you take? It's tablet? Yes also tried T Ali and I think everything else they all recommend

I'm currently taking 12.5mg a day. The ones i have are 25mg tablets, and i just bite half off in the morning when i get up. I hold it under my tongue for a while and let it disolve before swallowing. I don't know where doing this puts my dhea-s levels as it's not included on the Medichecks 'Advanced TRT' blood test that i buy. But i've been doing this for years now, and before going on trt i used to use the Medichecks 'Male Hormone' test which does include it, i was showing just above top of range.
Dhea's really cheap. Unless you know your levels are already high, i'd think it would be worth a shot.

Also, FWIW, when i had the results in the pic i'll attach, i had great libido. Just calculated my free t was 0.175 nmol/l. As you'll see though, my dheas was about 30% above range
