Taurine

Hey everyone,

I heard taurine can be used for managing side effects, but I'm not exactly sure how it works or what it helps with. Can someone shed some light on this?

I think I read somewhere that @Nelson Vergel takes pretty large amounts of taurine—maybe he can chime in and share his experience?
