I told my doc I had ED issues and he ordered a blood draw (since I am on TRT and we wanted to know if it was hormone related), but he also gave me a script for cialis so I could check it out. I just ordered a generic from Canada (Walgreens said there was no such thing as generic cialis) and I am looking forward to trying it. Viagra works for me, but I don't like the side effects. It gets one head throbbing all night, but leaves the other head throbbing all the next day.

Mad King........I started daily Cialis about two weeks ago. I began having unreliable erections for the last year, coincidentally about the same time I started TRT. TRT has kept libido very strong, (basically wanting my wife every night), but the erections became so unreliable it definitely became an issue. I ordered some Cialis and Viagra from one of the India overseas dispensers to experiment. I decided to start daily Cialis at 10mg a day, and also take one 50mg Viagra pill about an hour before sex. It worked like magic the very first day. The first week, Cialis was giving me very strong pressure headaches, almost unbearable, I was losing concentration throughout the day and constantly having to clear me ears. I experimented by reducing to 5mg and the headache was still there, however a lot less severe. When I knew wife and I were plannig to be intimate I increased back up to 10mg along with the 50mg Viagra. I noticed that 5mg daily is probably enough for me and the headaches are a lot less severe. My headaches have also reduced even at 10mg a day (I've been experimenting going up and down). The good news for me is, the stuff works no matter what dose I take, and it seems that my body has become accustomed to it, so the severe headaches are now very mild at best. This has been the past 2 1/2 weeks from a brand new user.

I got those pressure headaches for daily Cialis as well, my doc said that he also got them. Very uncomfortable and they didn't go away for me, even at 5mg.

TestAdvocate I read that on the side effect too, these headaches, and I am not sure if if you really want that. I am using my head all day long for work, have to concentrate not to make any mistakes, and with headaches I would not be able to focus on what I am doing. I never had headaches on my life, besides in my early twenties from drinking too much.

Cialis is the only ED drug (as far as I know, still) that the FDA has approved to treat symptoms of BPH, or enlarged prostate (such as difficulty urinating). The 2.5mg and 5mg daily doses are heavily pitched for that purpose. I had radiation for prostate cancer last year and have been prescribed urinary flow medications (like Flomax) to treat that difficulty. For me, ALL of those medications give me terrible backaches. I have found the perfect combination (FOR ME) is alternating alfuzosin every other day with 5mg tadalafil (Cialis) the other days. I tried 5mg tadalafil twice a day, and had to quit it, as it was way too much. It gave me horrendous head congestion as well as bad backaches. I had to go cold-turkey for a full day and let it all get out of my system, and then re-start at only 5mg daily, and it was fine. BTW, lower back pain is a not-uncommon side-effect of tadalafil by itself, and for me it usually hit about 8 or 9 hours after taking it. Some men get the same side-effect from other ED drugs, too.

If you are taking 5mg daily strictly to improve symptoms of BPH (enlarged prostate), it can take 2 or 3 days for that benefit to begin. But the ED-improving benefits started for me within an hour or so. Not the main reason I was taking it, but a welcome side-effect anyway.

Even though my Doc was prescribing it for BPH, my insurance flat-out refused to pay for it, even after going down the path of written appeals. I was about to "go to the mat" with them when I realized my co-pay even if they did give in, would be way more $$ than buying generics made in India through a Vancouver mail-order pharmacy. If you want to compare prices for LEGITIMATE mail order pharmacies, try PharmacyChecker (dot com). They will all require a prescription, but every pharmacy I've found through Pharmacy Checker has sent me good tadalafil. (Cialis). And it's STUPID-cheap. My personal favorite pharmacy is CanadianPrescriptionDrugstore (dot com) , but there are other good ones too. Be aware it does take as long as 5 weeks or so for your first batch to arrive, but it's worth the wait.

Also BTW, it's lots more cost-effective to buy 10mg pills and split them in 2, compared to buying 5mg pills. Much more competition by generics manufacturers in 10mg and 20mg pills than there is for 2.5 and 5mg pills.

Hope this helps.

I was prescribed the generic tadacip 20mg, can i break them in quarters and take roughly give or take 5mg daily? Or is there a difference chemically between the 5mg daily and the 20mg 36hr pills?

It's the same but cutting half's is a lot easier than quarters.

I hear what you mean but I think 10mg/day might be too much for me. Maybe a half tab 10mg every other day or just stick with quartering them the best i can? I already have them and they are the 20's

sorry what I meant was cutting 10mg in half to equal 5mg is easier than cutting a 20mg pill in quarters to get the same 5mg. if you already have the 20mg tabs cutting in 1/4's is fine.

Yes, that's my experience too. Cutting 20's in quarters is too much work to me, and they crumble easier. They're SO CHEAP to buy them in 10mg generics that it's not worth the bother for any trivial difference in money you'd save.

Just wanted to share my experience, I never had a problem being able to control when I climax I can do it quickly or wait as long as I want but taking the Tadalafil every day it became very difficult to climax so far for me the sweet spot seems to be 5MG EOD to get benefits and also be able to finish without depending on the mental highlight real. I also noticed it seems most effective for me about 12 hours after taken.

Thanks guys for all your input

Ive experienced that, to the point that I've stopped my sex act of choice because I just couldn't get there, no matter what. Almost didn't feel good, like a sensitivity issue. I also concur that I need hours after dosing before it's effective.

Look at the quanities that need to be taken of both Arg and Citrulline. There's less than half (I'm generalizing) the Arg is actually converted to NO, then about the same with Citrulline, that's why you have to take so much of each. Also both convert differently, the citrulline is in the urea cycle converts to Arg to NO, but Arg metabolizes differently. Citrulline, techinically, is the better of the two to take but they work in synergy, citrulline delivers more Arg and thus more NO.

I've switched to taking L-Citrulline only, at the dosage I'd take both L-Argenine and L-Citrulline together. Just easier I guess?

However I do think it might be wise to have some Arg on hand as a pre-workout. I just haven't gotten around to taking anything pre-workout. If there isn't a financial reason not to, I might go back to doing it the way Gene outlined, as I might walk into a little cash in a month or so.

I get Liquid Tadalafil from research Peptide companies. I know it works it's very obvious but some of you are reluctant to try and I understand. TRT alone wasn't helping. Now I can get the real Tadalafil for free for the rest of 2016 because my Doc has me on a standing 25mg Viagra which I never bother filling. Before I hit my deductible for the year it's like $197 for 6 pills or something at least until the 80/20 kicks in. I am at 100% towards max payment for the year so anything a doctor prescribed is free. He can prescribe Test too and does for some patients but said I should stick with Defy because my company would end up denying insurance payment since my levels are above that low threshold the medical community uses.

I just got my tadalafil yesterday. I took 10 mg and I am very happy. I started working within 20 minutes. A few hours later, my wife and I were able to be intimate. It felt great. I had mild congestion and lower back pain this morning, but it went away after a hot shower.

My back has been sore too but that's from the extra activity its been getting ;)

I´ve been off daily Cialis for 2 month and now re-started again. O my God what nasty lower back pain and area around I have now in spite of taking only 0,5mg daily. I think last time I started to take them it took a week for the pain to go away. I am considering to take L-Cintrulline every day and a Viagra when needed. Instead of having this pain.
