T Levels: Seasonal Variation...Ideas?

Sorry for my bad english. I'm 22. After 17-18, I was tired on summer but not too much. It increase every year since I'm 22.

My testosterone is 400 when on winter, before summer it increase 600 and summer it will down to 250. this year i understand this because, with 250 ng/dl I'm so tired. And 2-2.5 months later I am fine again.

I understand now why I was little tired when I was 19-20. I was little tired because my testosterone couldnt drop to 250, I had high T. But now, it can drop 250 because when I grow, T will drop.

I also cant understand why my T is high before summer and drop on summer. Anybody know? Sorry for my english, I think you understood.

I have no idea I would guess something to do with vitamin D or diet changes between the seasons? total T of 400 still seems low for a 22 year old have you checked free T, LH, FSH, SHBG, TSH, free T4, Free T3, and reverse T3 ?

I live in the Midwest, not much sun in the winter. Some people I know use Sun lamps to help them fight the winter Blues. I wonder if Sun lamps would help raise your testosterone?

why low? I have cycled testosterone 250 mg/wk and I didnt feel much change. yeah, libido was sky high, thats it and I had 1600 ng/dl.

if vitamin d is the answer why on summer my T dropped? I feel tired.

it is also important to know what time of day was your blood drawn. most important is having continuity with testing times. if you are not taking testosterone replacement then your T is going to be higher in the morning than it is in the afternoon. this could be a simple explanation to why you are seeing the differences.

No, I know that. It was morning blood work.
