T-Cream on penis!?

Is this a "dumb question" .....if one has a rx for test cyp, how is it possible to get a secondary scrip for T cream?

Of course it likely varies by provider, but guys who have an rx for cyp and want to supplement with cream would likely be prescribed a lower concentration cream (50 mg/ml) not the full concentration cream (200 mg/ml) that guys on cream only protocols use.
