So, I am going to try Nolvadex finally.

I apologize for making a new thread, however I felt it was needed as not to be convoluted like my other threads have become. I tried an OTC SERM(Rebirth) and it did make my confidence go up and make me assertive; however it makes my GERD act up terribly and it give me a headache. I went to the doctor's today and my blood pressure was 132/85. Yes, I know that's a little high; however 2 months ago when I got it checked it was 138/82. So, I can conclude that the product didn't cause my blood pressure to raise. Anyway, I've decided to just go ahead a order Nolvadex and take the real thing. The trouble is, I don't know how much to take, I don't know if I take it every day or every other and I don't know if I'd need an AI if I take it even though my estradiol is in the normal range. I did hear that Clomid causes estradiol to raise, but I have no clue about Nolvadex. Here is a link to the thread with my blood work.

I want to get my Total Test in the 700-800 range and my Free Test to be on the high end of the scale.

If you are secondary, yes you can try it. But Nolvadex has antiestrogenic effect while clomid have a bit estrongenic effect. I took about 4 mg/ed just for 3 days of nolva, and my e2 crashed, but also lower my high cortisol to high low levels. But as for me taking 20mg pill could be very dangerous.

So try first clomid 12,5 mg/e2d, then make labs lh,fsh,t,e2,shbg after 4 weeks. If you will have nasty side effects of high e2 and high e2 try some AI (never used aromasin, maybe someone else could write how much take it on clomid ???) anastrazole 1mg/divide on whole week. And if you levels after 4 weeks of 12,5mg/e2d will make you unhappy. Try 12,5mg/ed.

Also read as much as you can important posts by Nelson on this site about clomid, and other guys who tried it. and don't try to big doses of any drug when you start to take it. Start from small doses.

What you need is a consultation with a doctor who understands TRT and the use of SERMS. Consider that you wrote you have no clue about Nolvadex and estradiol, that you don't know how to dose the drug.

Yes, it is your body, but is it sensible for you to do this...in this fashion?

I think you are wasting your time (sorry). Your estradiol is not high and Nolvadex decreases IGF-1 which will make you lose muscle mass.

Remind us again what you are trying to accomplish. Have you read this thread?

So, that would mean .25mg of anatrazole EOD would be fine in theory; correct? Keep in mind guys, I do have gyno. My nipples are always puffy to the point where I'm embarrassed by them. Doctors won't even check my chest, go figure. Anyway, like I said when I did take the one OTC SERM-like product, it did make my nipples normal but it also gave me terrible acid reflux and migraines. Taking something that would get rid of Gyno alone would increase my confidence. I hate how my nipples are visible under my shirt.
