Silly syringe question

30 mg testosterone ( 250 mg/1 ml)
Is the 12th line right?

And if it's a 0,5 ml it's still the 12th line?

I am a bit confused with measurements. I read somewhere on internet that 0,5 means 50 units. And on the package there is written u100. So what now?!?

Yes, your math is correct. And yes you are also correct that the total of capacity of the syringe does not change this (0.3ml, 0.5ml, or 1ml) as it's the measured amount that matters.

The easiest way to think of it is by framing it using 1cc/1ml. 250mg/1ml would give you 2.5mg per .01ml (250/100). Then .12ml would be 30mg (2.5mg x 12).

The package that says "U100" denotes that they are 1ml syringes. There are 100 units in 1 ml. 1 unit = .01ml

12 units whether using a 1 mL, .5 mL or .3 mL insulin syringe would be 30 mg of esterified T seeing as the strength is 250 mg/mL.

Insulin Syringe
1 mL = 100 units
.5 mL = 50 units
.3mL = 30 units

Strength of esterified T
100 mg/mL: 1 unit = 1 mg esterified T
200 mg/mL: 1 unit = 2 mg esterified T
250 mg/mL: 1 unit = 2.5 mg esterified T

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
