Hello
Dont know what to do now!
been off TRT for over 6 months and i just cant seem to recover,
ive had my first blood labs back after stopping 7 months ago, unfortunately is still have low sex drive, low sperm volume, significant hair loss, depressive episodes, lack of motivation, and what looks like iron isssues.
Background:
started TRT back in 2022 and took it on and off until end of 2024, during this time i could never get dialled in properly
I may be hypogonadal my dr never tells me,
i have one testicle, lost it in my teens bike accident.
before starting TRT i still had a very high libido and normal ejactulate
I did take finasteride but stopped a bout 2 years ago fearing it was causing ED, as a result i lost half my hair.
Issues on TRT
good overall mood and strength but ED issues , Low Libido, low sperm volume but because i felt better, my elevated mood versus depression, i kept on it and trying to get dialled in.
Diet & Health currently
Coming Off TRT and PCT
7-8 month ago i made the decission to try a reset to see if my Libido would bounce back,
i tapered off TRT started on PCT Tabs (chlomd, tamox, taladafil mixture) then HCG
then more clomid then chlomid and tamoxifen and now im off everything for a few weeks
My libido is still non existant
i have no interest in sex anymore. and low ejaculate
its been one of the hardest 6 months ever!
hopefully my bloods will glean some ideas, any advise will be much appreciated?
Other anomalies
i think i may have ferretin, iron issues and abnormal RBC now, abnormal RBC did show in my blood test 2 years ago, ive no idea what it means, my doctor in the UK just ignored it last time and said its maybe immune issues and that was it.
any insight is appreciated - thankyou!
