Serum Estrone (E1) vs Estradiol (E2)

I just had some labs done - my Seum Estrone came back high at 126! The range is 15-65.
Meanwhile, my Estradiol is also high at 44.2 (range is 7-42).

What the heck is the difference between Estrone and Estradiol?

I'm on hCG mono - I had crashed my E by taking Letro, so I've cut back on that to let it recover.

Thanks!

Estrone is e1 and estradiol is e2. There is also a third estrogen. e2 is the one that effects us the most, so it’s really the only one that usually needs to be monitored.

Estrone is supposed to be more pro-cancer. E3 is Estriol and is supposed to be more cancer preventative.

To take it further, I was told that it's the metabolites of Estrone which can be pro-cancer. I take DIM which is supposed to alter the mix of these metabolites.

An aromatase inhibitor should drop E1 as well as the other E's.
