Seeking Advice. Off Test Six Months. Test Still Low.

Just done my 6 month blood test and my test remains unchanged since December 2025. Very low!!!!

These are my results:
  • Oestradiol <19 (pmol/L)
  • Testosterone (total) 4.6 (nmol/L)
  • Free Testosterone 0.09 (nmol/L)
  • FSH 2.6 (IU/L)
  • LH 1.3 (IU/L)
  • SHBG 28.6 (nmol/L)

For context, my pre-TRT baseline was 10.6 nmol/L — low-normal but within range. I was overweight and unfit at the time, so that probably wasn't my true genetic ceiling. When I was on TRT I got down to 19% bodyfat and was muscular. Since stopping I've put quite a bit back on and lost mass, nowhere near where I was.

I quit cold turkey (Oct 2025) because I lost my job, close to losing my house, and then experienced an enormous panic attack that I've never suffered from before. Haven't felt normal since. Been on sertraline but not sure how much it's actually doing.

I tried to inject TRT levels again but that induced temporary panic attacks. Then I had a second panic attack and thought maybe it's time to come off completely. My nerves have lost all reason.

Current symptoms: almost constant mild chest pressure (cardiac cleared, multiple ECGs fine), hard to focus at times, not feeling like myself at all, low energy, the usual low-T picture.

I'm thinking of going to a private clinic here in the UK since the NHS route seems to be "wait longer" indefinitely. Most likely wont get any SERMs here in the UK. Honestly worried that any form of PCT might make the anxiety situation worse given how I reacted to injections.

My LH is 1.3 and FSH is 2.6 — clearly secondary, pituitary still not really firing after 6 months off. Doesn't look like spontaneous recovery is happening.

Questions for anyone who's been through this:

Would supplements help meaningfully at this level, or is it pointless at 4.6?
Would resuming lifting and cardio move the needle, or just help symptomatically?
For anyone who did a SERM restart — did it worsen anxiety or help it? That's my biggest fear right now.
Any success stories from similar starting points (low-normal baseline, panic/anxiety issues, stuck axis after 6+ months)?

Really struggling and any advice from those who've been through it would mean a lot. Cheers.
