Hello
Im using
Hcg 500 iu 2x week
Susta 250mg each 10 days
Anastrozol 0.5mg 2x week (because my e2 was 132 now 39)
I do low carb diet (20% carbs)
Nac 1200mg day
Omega 3 3000mg day
Vitamin C 1000mg day
Weight lift 5x week
Cardio 30mins ed
Walnuts 3 per day

But Ldl 190
Hdl 19

What do you think 100mg ciprofibrate+ 5mg rosuvastatin?

My ldl's were around 150 and hdl's were low. My triglycerides were in the 300's! I am on 200mg test cyp/wk and I am 58.
My cardiologist has been wanting to put me on cholesterol meds for ever but I have always had a bad reaction to them. Had nuclear stress tests and carotid scans come back normal. No heart attacks in my family but my brother who does not take test also has high cholesterol but is on low dose meds.
My cholesterol started to rise in my 20's and not taking any test.
Well one CT angiogram later I ended up with four stents. Did not have a heart attack.
Now on 10 mg of rosuvastatin and cholesterol panel is great. LDL is now 67 and triglycerides are now normal and HDL's just slightly less than normal.
40mg of rosuvastatin is a high starting dose, I would opt to start low and work up as necessary based on blood work. Rosuvastatin is very effective.
