Latest results. My SHBG isn't on here, but was 38.1 down from 40 in September.

I inject 3.5ml twice a week and I'm on HCG (or the new thing they put me on).

I have a call with the clinic this week and I don't know if they are going to say my T is too high, or what. I know the CBC numbers will come up, but I see others saying these are not really that bad. Anything else jump out here?

Your HCT is high. Maybe not too high. Have they talked about you donating any blood? You didn't have the sensitive estrogen test men.
The main thing is how do you feel?

I feel okay -- my issue is that I can't just donate blood. Blood thinners. So I have to pay through the nose to get blood drawn (over covid, places stopped doing therapeutic draws and the one that is left for me decided to go sky high on rates). So I'm trying to figure out my options.

In that case a dose reduction is the easy answer. You could cut the dose almost in half and still have mid-range free testosterone. Looked at another way, healthy young men produce 6-7 mg of testosterone per day on average. You are averaging 14 mg. Side effects like high hematocrit should not be a surprise.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
