Restarting/titrating HCG advise.

Hello folks.
After a couple of years of not using HCG, I’m going to restart it, my doc put me down for 150IU daily, which is what I was doing till 2020 when I stopped it.

Something that didn’t come up during my consult, is the type of HCG that now I have access to, which is different than before. I got Pregnyl from the pharmacy, and till 2020 I was using compounded HCG from empower.

I thought the empower HCG something was doing for sure, and it was increasing my testosterone level as well. However, I see many reports in the forum now that Pregnyl is way more potent than empower HCG, which make me think twice if I should restart with 150IU.

If I wanted to start with a lower dose or the actual 150IU, would let’s say a week be enough to tell if I have some side effects from it, so would moving up or down every week or so be a good strategy with the HCG? What side effects may have to pay attention to?

Thanks in advance
