I was somewhat surprised to learn that vasectomized men still produce white ejaculate. Not having had a vasectomy, I thought it was the sperm that made it white and assumed their ejaculate would be clear. However, I have been on TRT for some time and my ejaculate has become clear. If the lack of sperm isn't the reason for the colour change, what is?
It turns out that Intratesticular Testosterone (ITT) levels in a healthy man are naturally 40 to 100 times higher than the testosterone levels measured in a routine blood test. The testicles drain into a localized network of pelvic veins that pass directly by the prostate and seminal vesicles on their way back up to the main circulatory system. Through a process called local vascular shunting (or portal transfer), extremely high concentrations of this local testosterone diffuse directly into these nearby target glands.
When a man is on TRT monotherapy without hCG, his internal testicular production shuts down, entirely drying up this hyper-concentrated local vascular shunt. The prostate and seminal vesicles are forced to function on much lower systemic blood levels, drastically reducing their fluid output. This leaves behind only the clear secretions of the bulbourethral glands. This localized androgen deficit—not a lack of sperm—is why TRT frequently causes clear ejaculate, and why adding hCG restores it.
So after a year without hCG how does one restart ITT? i believe that a stepped approach is considered a good idea. Start high and ramp down to a regular does. I will take hCG with my T’ EOD. I dont have access to big pharma hCG so I will be using the slightly less potent hCG (in case these numbers look high).
Would the following plan make sence?
