Have changed Dr's recently...........not the greatest mix, but I tihnk slighly better group of providers than before.
Me 59 y/o male, history of hormonal, fertility issues since my mid 20's,
currently on Cyp/Prop, sub q 2x's a week, and HCG 2x's a week.

Have recently undergone an ultrasound of heart, which is slighltly above the normal size, large, but that was attributed to my "athleticism" the valvee were also above avg, but within good limits.
Prostrate and testicular ultrasounds came back within normal, good range, condition.

Unless I missed it don’t see your free T or Estradiol Sensitive. How much Cyp/prop do you inject each injection? Also your platelets are very low.

Free T was not ordered, not considered relevant by the Dr., I have what I have. Needless to say he has discharged me, after the last test results of LH and FSH came back.....so low.

I am injecting 150 ml weekly, I split the dose.
100 ml hcg weekly

Your LH and FSH are perfectly normal for a person injecting T. I can't believe your doc did not know this. Time for a new doctor.
IMO your 150/wk is a bit high if your blood test was your trough. In time your E2 and possibly prolactin will go up and out of range.
If you don't plan on taking an AI I would cut back to 120/wk in hopes the E2 will stay in range. I am surprised your HCT is so low at that T dose. Are you donating blood?
Everyone is different and only extra blood test along the way will tell you what is really happening.

Other comments:
LDL is really hard to increase when you are on TRT. I worry more about total C, triglycerides, glucose, and A1C for general health.

Thanks for your input
That dr is no more
Never donated blood
Have never taken an ai

The new dr has me on a two week injection schedule.....we don't need to discuss that .......I was more about keeping the rx could not convince him about the need to run labs but the following day had aurologist consult and am getting new labs, I'll stick with my own regimen,
