Ran out of wife's testosterone-can she use mine?

I messed up and realized my wife's testosterone bottle is nearly empty. Defy takes about 2 weeks to get an order to me. I called and asked if I can give her an equivelent dose of mine since I have plenty. Both are cypionate but her concentration is 50 mg/ml and mine is 200 mg/ml. Defy says they don't "recommend" cutting down mine to give her her doses until her replacement arrives. Is it a dangerous idea to simply cut a dose from my bottle by 4 and give it to her? She takes .07 mg of hers, so is it safe to give her .0175 of mine (.07 divided by 4)?

Short answer: It's fine. Long answer: Assuming you mean she takes 0.07 mL TC @ 50 mg/mL, this is 3.5 mg TC. So as you say, taking a quarter of the volume of your 200 mg/mL TC—0.0175 mL—does yield the same 3.5 mg dose of TC. I wouldn't hesitate to do it. Your only issue is the precision of the dosing. The best precision I'm aware of is 0.005 mL with U-100 0.3 mL insulin syringes. But I don't think it's a big deal if for one or two weeks you give her 2 units = 4 mg TC instead of the 3.5 mg. You could also alternate between 1.5 and 2 units—3 and 4 mg TC—to achieve the prescribed dose on average

It's fine. Buying teeny-tiny vials of testosterone dosed for women is a huge waste of money as a consumer, or cash cow for the clinic, depending on whose side you're on. I've been giving my wife my testosterone for at least a year now. Just make sure you have 0.3 ml size syringes so you have the precision to dose it properly.
