Pygeum - can it lower libido?

Is Pygeum worth experimenting with? Libido is already an issue for me and I've been trying to improve it for ages. Since Pygeum decreases DHT I'm guessing it can have harmful effects on my libido.

I did notice great effects from an alpha blocker - Doxazosin. Thoughts on adding Pygeum to the stack?

I keep hearing people shooting bigger loads, having bigger flaccid and more "relaxed" feeling down there (that's exactly what doxa did for me too).... But if it has any negative effects on my libido it is not worth it.

My question is how strong of a DHT inhibitor is Pygeum? I'm running a decent amount of test + masteron and proviron (bodybuilder). Is it strong enough to cause too low DHT if T levels are supraphysiological (slightly out of range only)? And would it even do anything positive for me considering I use DHT derivates?

I think after I added doxa my ejaculations became even worse. It oozes out and at most it's half a T spoon. Quite pathetic compared to how it used to be. Orgasms and sensation is nothing special either to be honest. It's like meh... I remember having crazy orgasms years ago.

I use a small dose and if anything, it is a positive, but it is one of those things that can likely only be determined by experimenting. Also, some things, like chasteberry, can have a benefit at a low dose and be negative at a high dose, so I would start off low. You might also look into lecithin.

What ise a small dose? I hear people recommend 100-200mg.

I already started taking lecithin two days ago.
