Psoriasis since starting TRT

Hi guys, I just recently started TRT a few months ago for the 3rd time and my psoriasis has flared up for the 3rd time.in the past when I have come off TRT my skin clears right up. Can anybody relate to this and can anyone give me some advice on how to get on top of the cause and not the symptoms?

I attach a study, a very recent one, that indicates testosterone therapy actually IMPROVED psoriasis/psoriasis-like symptoms in men undergoing TRT (which is the opposite of what you report). http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26184426 What does your bloodwork show, specifically inflammatory markers and immune function?

Is it the T or the carrier oil? Try an alternate prep from a compounding pharmacy or gel. Serum D level? Agree with CS, reduce exposure to inflammatory diet/agents. Other things you can try frequently mentioned on psoriasis forums are getting adequate sun exposure, all of the vitamin K"s, phyto nutrients, antioxidants. essential fats and oils, home made bone broth.

Hi re-ride! Thanx for your reply. Good question about weather it is the t or the carrier oil as I know!? I know though about that but will look into it! Serum d levels last time j checked where 89. All the other things that you have mention I do in a daily basis. I will look into it and will let you know trying an alternate prep and will let you know how it goes cheers

About the only way to know if its the carrier oil is to switch to a different oil and see if it helps.
