progesterone natural cream for women - feeling better(male)

hey all, after stopping HCG 2 weeks ago or so, i did experiment with progesterone natural cream for woman.
I apply a small amount, 2x a day on my wrist. i'd say its roughly 5mg 2x day.
i noticed it calmed me down a lot, and I slept amazing for couple days. bad sleep prior for weeks (since starting HCG)
could a men's progesterone level be depressed on TRT without HCG? or any other reasons why I started feeling much better on it. the duration is short so far, so i can't speak of long term effects.
i am wondering if this hormone is overlooked (and not tested) on men on TRT

There's awareness of this issue here at ExcelMale, but it doesn't seem to have reached a lot of TRT doctors.

great video thank you! i wish i discovered this earlier. no mention from TRT clinic on this.
i do feel so much calmer doing the cream all day + sleep better.
