Progesterone Cream Dosing (Anxiety management)

I have been on and off TRT for several years. The reason I keep coming off is unmanageable levels of anxiety, irritability and moodiness. I tried everything from lowering to raising dose, every day to twice weekly, different supplements, changing diet, exercise more, exercise les, lots of bloodwork etc Everything would look good on paper yet symptoms of high anxiety, irritability and moodiness persisted no matter what.

I am in a bout of depression now and it has me considering going back on TRT as a motivator. So I've began some further digging on anxiety management while on TRT and came across some info that progesterone has worked for some because of it's interaction with gaba receptors. I've sifted through this forum and there are a few threads that do go over this a tad.

Unfortunately I live in Canada and we cannot buy progesterone here, the only thing I have access to is bio-identical wild yam cream (which after some more digging is just as good apparently). The cream I've found says on the label that it provides equivalent to 20MG of progesterone per pump.

I would like to try TRT again with this supplement added but have no idea about dosing. I don't want to take too much nor too little. Is there anyone else here that uses it and if so how much do you apply and how often?
