Please suggest labwork for pre-menopausal woman and what part of cycle to test

Hey all,

My GF (40 years old) has never done real labwork. I've got her eating healthy and working out. She said her doctor will order whatever she asks for.

For a man, I know what labs are important. Some of those are the same for women, but they have the added complication of the female hormones and when in the cycle to test.

Any suggestions?
