There is so much contradicting information on the internet. I've discovered this in the hundreds if not thousands of hours of research and learning i've done in the last 18 months.
I was on a candida diet for a while because I have or had candida overgrowth and leaky gut. Pistachios are a big no no.

I eat daily, pistachios, walnuts, almonds and pecans. I think they are awesome healthy nuts and really help my lipid panel.

I agree they're healthy and good and I eat most of them too, just wanted to point out to anyone with yeast overgrowth or leaky gut they're not good for.
