Pieces of stopper in vial?

I'm getting pieces of the rubber from the top of the vial in the oil. When I draw up my shot I'm getting tiny pieces in the syringe. Can I inject with them in there and if not then how can I get them out?

Hate to tell you but the vial is now contaminated and you can't use it.

If you had a lot of formula in the vial than call your Doctor and get it replaced at no charge as that really shouldn't happen if the septum was correct.

Take it to the pharmacy you bought it from. That should not happen.
