This is my first time starting TRT

I've decided to go with Test Cyp, 40mg every other day which eqautes to 140mg per week

At what point should i go do another blood test to see how I'm responding? 2 weeks in ? 3 weeks?
Should i get a blood test the day i inject, the day I do'nt injkect?

These are your labs from before you started therapy? Or these are your first labs since starting therapy? And if they are the first labs since starting therapy - how long have you been on therapy for?
Also typically you will draw labs on your non-injection day to get a trough (low) reading.

I would wait 6-8 weeks. If you need to see labs to know how you're responding, then you must not feel any different. I would have felt something on the second dosage whether on a daily or every other day protocol.

Here are labs after 4 weeks on 40mg test cup every second day

Is it normal for SHBG to be this low?
I feel like I’ve gotten a high result and am considering to go down to 30mg test cyp every second day

Thoughts ?

I feel amazing.. honestly feel healthy strong and ten fold better mind state

Leave it alone, your hormones are in flux and likely haven't reached a steady state and also your body is still acclimating to the new protocol.

Hmmm okay I’ll stay the course for another 4 weeks and test again

It’s simple, I’m not you. On TRT, normal SHBG for me is 18-24.

You could look into micro dosing hCG alongside your TRT. I can’t promise a positive response.

I have begun this, I'd like to understand why the thesis is

My understanding is, it'll prevent "complete" shut down and in the future if i ever decide to come off TRT to try and conceive again; it'll assist in that department
