Pain in abdomen

Im having some trouble with my subQ test injections. After months of hcg mono, my numbers were great. E2 was a little out of range but it was managable. Wasnt feeling better. Doc cut back hcg and added test cyp. Ran that and hcg, both subQ in abdomen. Alternated days. 500ui hcg MWF, 40mg test cyp TTS. Sundays were my rest day . After 8 week labs, my TT and FT dropped, significantly. 6 weeks later, i was back to pre TRT levels, well below 300. Decided to stop test and keep hcg going. 2 months later, i wanted to start back on test cyp. Took a shot, subQ in abdomen, and noticed it burned a little. Kind of like a bee sting. Noticed the next day that my abdomen was sore. The soreness spanned from hip-to-hip. Lasted about a week or so. Also noticed a tiny knot near injection site. Stop shots at that point. All was fine 2 weeks later. Switched brands of test. Regular brand was in grapeseed oil. New brand is cottonseed oil base. Took a shot of that last week and same results. Pain wasnt as bad or as long.

Any ideas of what or why this is happening? Any possible way to fix? No trouble with hcg.

Thanks in advance.

I would just inject the testosterone shallow IM. That's what I do, I use an easy touch 29 g half inch syringe. It makes for a very nice shallow IM injection.

Vince,, thanks for the reply. Where would you advise for the shallow IM? I currently use 29g 1/2" insulin needles. Should I have any concern of an allergy to the Cyp? And do you think IM will increase efficacy? I went from 900+ total on hcg only to sub 300 when adding test cyp.

Thanks again.
