Yes, it's definitely IM with the 1/2" in the delt, and based upon the sexy pic you posted here it would be IM in the thigh too. LOL! just kidding about the sexy part. The thigh is super easy. no twisting around hoping you get the right spot. best way to gauge where to inject in the thigh is if you put your hand in your jeans pocket and press your thigh with your middle finger that's your spot. I like to alternate injection sites. I'm OCD like that.
lol. Thanks for the info and syringe specs. I wonder why the Docs have us use 1-1/2" needles? Is there a big difference in outcome of T absorption between shallow IM and deep IM? MarkM would know I bet. The 1-1/2" needles are intimidating and I've used them at 22ga for 5 shots before I wimped out to 1" 23ga, now I will try the 28ga 1/2" you and MarkM suggested. Does it draw and Inject? I think you said it does. But does it draw T adequately (good enough)? Maybe I should warm the bottle with a blow dryer to reduce the viscosity some...

Hi guys,

No difference between shallow IM and deep IM on absorption or SubQ for that matter. THe only difference in IM and SubQ is that some think the SubQ injections release the testosterone slower into your system.

I use the Easy Touch 28 gauge 1/2" 0.5 CC syringe. I have used many other brands and these are the best in my opinion. They draw better and the plunger is smoother than any I have used. It takes longer to draw that using an 18 gauge or 23 gauge needle but its not that bad. So I use the 28 gauge to draw and inject. Plus these insulin needles have the permanent needle on them and you do not waste testosterone like you do when using a syringe and change needles.

You can run the vial of testosterone under warm water prior to drawing from it which seems to help.

IM is IM, shallow, deep, its still inside the muscle. I thought it was going to be impossible to draw but it wasn't. It takes a little longer obviously but it flows. Right now I'm using a compound pharmacy which uses grape seed oil. I'm switching back to my regular pharmacy which uses cottonseed oil. I've heard that cottonseed oil is a bit harder to draw due to it being slightly thicker.
