Nutt Size

I've been on TRT for about 2 years and have been extremely fortunate not to have experienced any noticable decrease in nutt size while on TRT without HCG. Are there any other guys who can report similar results? Seems most men report varying levels of testicular atrophy if not taking HCG.

In the seven months I have been on TRT the atrophy has been minimal, what I have noticed is that my scrotum seems to be drawn in more often than prior to TRT. This is actually a good thing (I think) because I have had (bad) testicular torsion on at least four occasions in the last twenty years.

Hmmm... I wonder if there is a link between testicular torsion and hypogonadism. I'll have to research this on Google Scholar when I get some spare time. Thanks for your question!

That would make sense that if you started with larger testicles the decrease would be less. Pre TRT my testicles were full in size but LH and FSH were both on the low end of normal. Looking back, I probably should have given clomid a shot.

I've had varicocele in my left testicle since I was 14 years old (44 now), but multiple urologists said it is what they consider to be a minor case.

Bottom line - TRT without HCG doesn't seem to effect my testicle size, but after much research, I'm going to start using it soon and see how I feel.

It will be interesting to see what, if any, subjective response HCG generates for you at this point in your process. But still, adding it makes sense. Good luck.
