No penis sensitivity- Need help!

I pleading here.
My libido is better these days but I have very low sensitivity and it's going to cost me a relationship.

Last night had sex with a "10" and used trimix and with a good libido it worked well. .4 units and was hard for hours but I couldn't orgasm. I just didn't have enough feeling and just stopped and explained after along time.

I think also the trimix can lower sensitivity but I have it mostly for being anxious for a new women.
Is there any hope for me or suggestions?
I have a follow up consult scheduled with the nurse at defy for bloodwork review and e2 adjustments in one week.

Anxiety with a new partner can certainly hamper the ability to orgasm or maintain an erection, especially if you are concerned about losing him/her if you can't perform. How are things when you are by yourself?

I think your situation is more common than you might think (not a big help I Know)
How are your prolactin levels? High prolactin can cause issues with orgasm.
Cabergolin has been used to reduce prolactin levels I have heard.
Only other advice is stop all porn and masturbation.

She was a new partner but I didn't have a lot of aniexty with her (great person) but of course first time there is some.
This is really why I got trimix, to overcome the first time stress.
By myself it takes a long time and I don't look at porn anymore. I've cut back on masturbation to only when I can't help it anymore. I've had libido issues in the past but it's been a lot better the last 2-3 weeks.

I know a woman will not stand for a guy that can't finish so right now I'm desperate.
I haven't had my prolactin checked in some time, in the past it was ok.

I hope defy can help with this before I have to give up on having a relationship.

I'm sure the great team at Defy can assist. Are you on any medications outside of your TRT (which I assume you are on)? A lot of medications can cause these types of issues. I'm not sure about how true it is that "a woman will not stand for a guy that can't finish." If she completely understands that it has nothing to do with her and that it is something you are working on, I don't see why she would care that much. Also I'm assuming since you are using Trimix you have already tried the less non-invasive things like Cialis and Viagra. Correct?

MG123 has a great point. Many meds like SSRIs (antidepressants) and even antihismamines can lower penis sensitivity.

HCG has helped me in that regards for sure. For a while I felt that my penis was made of plastic

This is just my opinion and it may not help. When I make love, I try not to think about intercourse. If we have time, I try to go slow. I really get into the foreplay, for me it makes sex so good. I never when it comes to sex, set expectations on myself.

My current research on the same problem, had to stop my sex act of choice last weekend because it just couldn't orgasm. Rad up on "anorgasmia" (check the spelling). I've been looking to Dopamine for my problem. As stated above the drug Cabergoline (or Dostinex) can help with high Prolactin but at the same time, it is a Dopamine AGONIST and some report it helps the orgasm. I't something I'm going to try when it comes in the mail.

I know you're frustration...it doesn't feel good, like it should, makes it tough(er) to keep the erection, and it's a marathon to orgasm, if you even can.

I have tried a "before" dose of all of the viagra, cialis and so forth. None of them did anything but a small daily dose of cialis helped with erections but the main issue still persists so I don't use it.

I am not using any Ssri or antihistamine.
What is your Hcg dose?
What is the upper Maintenenece dose of Hcg that has been used (not for a restart)

I have use trimix 2 times.
1st was a test by myself with no arrousal, 5 units and it lasted for 3.5 hours.
2nd time was last night with her. 4 units and was hard for 3.5 hours.

Without it once i feel that I don't have the sensitivity I would lose erection so I thought to use this in the meantime.

This can be discussed with the nurse and I also agree your prolactin should be checked to rule it out as a potential contributor.

Alcohol is another common contributor to this specific symptom for some guys.

Another relevant point, you should cut back on the tri-mix - having a non-stop erection for 3.5 hours (close to the 4 hour threshold for priapism) is, in and of itself, not a great thing for penile sensitivity in the longterm.

Oh I'm definitely cutting back. I guess my plumbing is too good lol

Went from 5 to 4 units so I will just try 2 but really I don't think I should have to rely on it.
Only maybe one glass of wine a week.
Really I have never been a "fast guy" even in my teens.

Anecdotal results here.... I think that HCG has helped in that area. I can tell the difference when I skip a dose or 2 and then when I remember to get back on schedule I notice a positive difference.

Of course it's not as enjoyable not being able to orgasm at 40 yrs old and I don't think it is normal. I was ok last year but not now.
Most woman will think you are not attracted to them enough at some point.

I would definitely be raising this issue either way if I wasn't with someone.
Hopefull defy can help. Also if sensitivity is restored then I wouldn't need to use trimix.
I think this is more dopamine than anything but we'll see.

The fact you can get a 4 hour boner is half the battle alot of guys deal with here, not orgasming is small compared to being impetent. Let her enjoy the ride and just relax and stay out of your head. Talk to your doctor about it, not her!
