Nipple soreness

Hello everyone I am 9 months on my trt I've had three sets of blood work done, my levels have been good on all three sets the most recent was about 3 weeks ago. Out of nowhere tonight I'm having very very very tender sore nipple on my left side, and I was curious if my estrogen levels are good why this could be happening thanks for your help in advance.

Since starting TRT my nipples are always erect enough to cut glass. Doesn’t matter if my E2 is less than 20 or 80 and above, they don’t change. The first few months they were sensitive but for me they’ve always been sensitive. My partner can get me to orgasm / cum from nipple stimulation only, so I think TRT just magnifies your nipple sensation.

I didn't even know this was a thing with men. I had to have gyno surgery from pubertal gyno. My nipples are as numb as if you shot them up with lidocaine.

I wouldn’t say it’s common, but I’m hardly unique as I’ve had a few sexual partners over the years that had extremely sensitive erogenous areas (nipples, ears, back of knees, perinium, etc...) where you could bring them to climax by that alone.
