Night erections, but only with a PDE5i ...

I've been noticing this...if I have 10mg Cialis in my system = overnight erections. Without it though, only every so often do I have a (memorable, at least) erection, sometimes you know it's running about 50%, or less.

During the day when I need it I've been having a better experience with Viagra @ 50mg, fewer sides and more effective than Cialis @ 10-20mg, though Viagra is tougher to use with timing and digestion and the shorter action period.

This tells me though that my hormones are "right"...I'm well experienced and happy with that aspect, libido and interest are high, but the physical ability is lacking. I've been all thru endothelial and nitric oxide with good results on Citrulline/Arginine/Ornithine. But If I'm not loaded up on drugs and supplements...not so much ability to perform.

I know it sucks. Though my T is not dialed in yet so I hope to still see some improvement but who knows.

Exact same thing here. Although better than before TRT.

Similar to my story as well. Morning erections returned in first month, libido in 2-3 weeks. EQ improved, but still require Cialis or Viagra to get where I want to be. biggest change is from good sex, once per week, to great sex 3-5 times per week.At my age, I'm so grateful to be living in the 21st century.

I think you are a little older too, aren't you Vince?
