New To TRT - Compounded Cream Sides

Hi all,

I started trt 3 weeks ago on sub q injections. Unfortunately, due to having mcas, I had severe systemic reactions to cottonseed oil, and castor oil to a lesser extent. Theres only olive oil left to try here in the UK. Theres no compounding pharmacies in Europe that I can find to make T in MCT oil or similar.

Because of the above, I switched to compounded cream in a HRT base applied to the scrotum 50mg AM and 50mg PM.

Within an hour I get a tense feeling, some chest aching and pressure, and I feel awful like Ive been given adrenaline. My heart feels like its beating stronger. BP, HR and ECG all OK. These effects lasts 3 hours before starting to die down.

Im guessing its because I have mcas and pots and my body does not like the rapid hormonal spikes. I was wondering if anyone else has had anything similar, and would changing to Pentravan base help as apparently its meant to be more slowly absorbed?

I could also try alternate sites such as the inner thighs and shoulders, but is it still possible to get a decent level here?

Any advice much appreciated

Cheers
