One of the most common questions I get from European members is some version of "where do I find a doctor who actually prescribes testosterone in my country?" It came up again recently in a thread from a member in Belgium who lost his provider when the EU tightened cross-border telemedicine rules in 2025.
So I built something for it.
The link below is a searchable directory of testosterone replacement clinics, andrologists, and hormone specialists across all 27 EU countries. You can search by country, city, clinic, or doctor name, and filter by the type of provider you're looking for.

Providers are color-coded by type:
A few things worth understanding before you reach out. Across most of Europe, the legitimate path is diagnosis first: two morning blood draws showing low testosterone plus symptoms, then treatment. Age-related decline on its own often won't qualify you. And since 2025, many EU countries no longer allow online-only initial prescriptions for testosterone, so telemedicine works best for follow-ups once you have a diagnosis on record.

What's in it
- 80+ listings across every EU member state, from Portugal to Estonia
- Capital and second-largest cities covered for each country
- Contact details where clinics publish them: address, phone, email, website
- A separate section for EU-wide telemedicine providers
- Notes on each clinic so you know what you're walking into (private vs. insurance-covered, injection vs. gel, whether they're strict on diagnosis)
How to read it
Providers are color-coded by type:
- Dedicated TRT clinics — set up specifically for testosterone therapy
- Andrology / urology practices — the most common legitimate route in most of Europe
- University hospitals — the public, insurance-covered path
- Telemedicine — remote consults and prescriptions
- Route / verify — for smaller cities where I couldn't confirm a dedicated clinic, this points you to the hospital or specialty to start from
