I am an Australian, where male HRT has been all but shut down and not easy to come by (we call Australia now The Nanny State, as we are all treated like children here with rules for everyting). Our tetsing reference ranges are very different to yours too. I came to this website 6 months ago because Trimix is so incredibly unknown here (even by most every doctor I asked about). And it was a blessing to read so much about it as I did find a doctor at last who knew about it and we have one excellent compounding pharmacy here who have amazing products and service in the various "mixes".

I now have a pretty extensive range of experience with Trimix. I have injected about 80 to 100 times in 20 weeks and about 40 of those times were for my own research and testing of it. Ended up in the ER twice. I will post my experience as I think it is a little different to most of the men on here (no partner, no wife, no girlfriend), and I hope my context will help someone else like myself in future.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
