I was considering trying two injections per week as this has worked for many on this forum to lower E without having to use Adex. But, with the high SHBG I understand the weekly high T dose is helpful so I'm at a loss.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.

Im a believer in you have to play SHBG where it lies as you can't directly affect what you're dealt with. What I would do is stay on once weekly given your high(er) SHBG but go to 105 or 110mg. This may nudge your SHBG down a little more and get your Free T up which is the singular factor I'd like to see you doing better with. We know high SHBG are going to have to run a higher TT in order to get more Free T, you may need to bump up to 11 or 1200 TT.

AS far as your E I'd let it lay for now and see where you can get with TT/FT.

It's good that your SHBG has come down some. Because it's still high and it's binding up all your T so you need to take more testosterone in order to increase your free T. Perhaps try 115mg weekly and see how it works. Once your free T increases you should be feeling better. Once your feeling Ok you can experiment with injections twice a week and see how that works.
