New lab results (not sure what's going on with SHBG)

I had original labs done in November where my TT was 428, FT was 58 and SHBG was 45.

New labs attached. (I do not do TRT)
Not sure why my SHBG has gone up so dramatically. (making FT go down)
Only good thing was TT went up (quite a bit).
I am 55 year old male, 6'1"
I run and lift 6 days a week. I also recently lost 12 lbs with cleaner eating. Went from 201 to 189 in 7 weeks time. (no sugar)
Anyone have any thoughts? I have noticed libido has gone down in the last few months.
Only new supplements I have been taking is milk thistle and DIM.

Thanks for any opinions/help.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
