Never went through proper puberty

I have a question about my condition which is really bad at the moment. I am 26 years old and for the last 6 years i feel really depressed, suicidal and feeling really bad everyday. I grew from 165 to 185 cm in just two years but my body didn't develop as it should (got really long legs and arms). I am skinny, got almost no body hair and feel pain in my joints. Also my genitals didnt develop as they should. I notice that i also dont smell as good as i did before high school. I got all the symptoms of low T. I went to my doctor and did the blood check and he said everything is allright and didnt want to dicuss my condition anymore. Results were:

Testosterone Free: 22.03 Unit: pg/ml at Reference range: 7.0 - 22.7
S - Testosterone: 7.32 Unit: μg/L Reference range: 2.8 - 8.0

I don't know where should i look for help. I am about to visit Endokrinologist in next few weeks. I'm feeling hopeless because there may be something wrong with my genetics. I feel like an old man trapped in boy's body.

I would be really grateful for any information.

Have a nice day everyone!

Those tests aren't enough to determine a testosterone deficiency, did you have SHBG tested? If elevated a man be absolutely have low testosterone. The problems with most doctors is they don't even know what tests to order, so diagnosing a testosterone deficiency is problematic for most doctors.

Any thyroid labs other than only TSH, like Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3 and antibodies? You need to test growth hormone levels.
It's extremely difficult to get properly treated outside the US.

Thank your for your reply!

I'm about to visit Endokrinologist and do the test for SHBG. I hope i can also do test for Free T3, Free T4, antibodies and growth hormone there. I feel like the doctor just don't take me seriously. It's obvious when you look at my face already. Also my skin look much older as it looked 4 years ago.

Thank you!

Based on the Free T that he listed which is right at the upper lab range there's no way SHBG is elevated. Jsut the two labs he posted there's no way he's low T. Most of us would kill for "natural" levels that he has. Estrogen might be the problem though and that's clearly absent his testing.

Your total t and free t levels are robust.....low t is not your issue.

Something else is going on.....you need more thorough blood work as in a full blood chemistry panel!

I agree with everyone also, something else is definitely going on. need to find a good doctor that will get to the root of your problem. I know how hard it can be to find a good doctor, don't give up the good fight.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
