Need help: just starting self-medicating, don't know how to proceed

So I was paying $450 ish a month here in THailand which was insane and not economically feasible.

i was able to get a hold of testiviron from a pharmacy.

How do I go about this?

My protocol was:

-2X a week testosterone 50 mg (total 100 mg per week) subQ in the belly (syringes filled to 0.2 ML)
-HCG 500 iu 1x a week syringe filled to 0.2 ml (pharmacy didn't have HCG so I will have to quit HCG...maybe for the best the HCG is a pain in the ass)
-Arimidex once a week 0.125 mg (pharmacy doesn't have arimidex so I might drop using an AI for now)

The pharmacy sold me syringes but I'm not sure if they are the correct type. They look subq length but I don't know if the needles are capable of injecting oil based medicine.

Also the pharmacist told me conflicting information, I think she misunderstood my prescription.

i have attached photos of the supplies I got.

My questions are:

How do I open/extract the oil from the vial? I can't find instructions and the pharmacist didn't know.

Now that I am not using HCG...should I slightly increase the testosterone dosage, say to 125 mg per week instead of 100? My current levels hover around 900 to 1000 total testosterone.

-The box says intramuscular once every 2 or 3 weeks...should I just ignore this and continue injecting 2 times a week?

Each vial says 250 mg...is that about 2 to 3 injections worth?

Where is a good place to get labs done from now on in Bangkok? And in Seoul?

How often should I get labs done? Once every 2 months? 3 months?

Pictures attached

How should I go about not having access to HCG and arimidex? Should I just quit or find a hospital willing to supply it to me?
