With most joint supplements it takes a good 3 months of solid use to see benefits.

Turmeric Curcumin - has a lot of good stuff going for it, Joints anti-cancer effects etc...

This was a good joint product I used for 6 months
High Performance Fitness 1st Step for Glucosamine/Chondroitin & MSM 16oz

Low dose of Deca helps too

I actually started taking turmeric curcumin due to always having sore arms at the joint in the tendon area. I am going to grab some glucosamine today to see how that works. I am prone to getting tendinitis and have had it twice in the last 5 or so years, the last time was severe and put me out of the gym for over a year.

Just a note that sometimes body pain and problems in the gym can have simple solutions. I was having L and then R shoulder impingment and pain on overhead lifts, also on bench press (any angle). Finally went to sports med and Dr diagnosed something in the AC joint, got a cortisone injection and did alright for a few weeks. Pain returned obviously.
What I found what tightness in the pec minor, and with some self myofascial release I eliminated all the pain and impingement and was ack to beast mode rather quickly. Now I roll out my chest and stretch a few times a week and voila...healed.

What is the standard "low dose" people are using Deca for joint pain? I am interested in kicking the tires on this for a bit. I have been off the gym two weeks now and I can feel myself shrinking lol. I know, its probably all in my head, but I should probably take a month off to be honest I just don't know how I can bring myself to do it as I love being active and I was making great strength gains in the gym prior to injury. I hope its just something as easy as stretching more and doing some myofascial release like Vince eluded to.

So I got my labs back from my PCP, he did an arthritis panel and some other tests. Everything looked fine, my fasting glucose was slightly elevated as well as my liver enzymes. I recently added .25 of Arimidex twice weekly and my sensitive E2 is 10. I may drop the Adex . I feel that possibly the source of my muscle and joint pain may be my long term and high usage of caffeine which I am not in the process of quitting. Arthritis.jpgE2.jpgCMP.jpgtest.jpg

Been there too. Don't forget to massage and stretch your lats as well. When your lats get tight getting into a proper OH position becomes really hard and it can possibly create subacromial impingement.

I would not use anastrozole if I had joint pain. I would avoid overhead exercises and free weights until the pain heals (machines are fine). I would hydrate well, make sure I had a foam mattress top, take Coenzyme Q10 at 400 mg per day, take naproxen daily, and be patient.

Seeing my sensitive E2 at 10 made me stop using Adex. I was using it at .25mg twice weekly, stuff is powerful but that is too low for me IMO. Good news is that my knee is finally starting to feel better and I was able to do some body weight squats with no pain. Rotator cuffs and psoas muscle have been on and off nagging pain over the last 5 years. I am in the process of quitting caffeine in hopes it gives me some joint/muscle relief. As a night shift worker and for my undergrad, I was relying on 400-500mg of caffeine per day, noticed my dermitits flared up over the years, joint/muscle pain etc. Only common denominator through all this is caffeine.
